The firm was founded in 2001, by Tim Cary and Ed Dollar, on the principle that its clients were best served by a team approach blending knowledge and experience in combination with utilization of the latest technology.

Tim Cary has over 25 years of legal experience including work as a state prosecutor and successful courtroom litigator. Before becoming a lawyer in 1991, Ed Dollar worked for 23 years as a construction engineer, designing manufacturing equipment and built large industrial plants throughout the world. The combination of extensive legal and engineering experience allows the firm to excel in matters involving construction defects , product design], and manufacturers’ liability.

We choose cases that combine Mr. Cary’s legal skill with Mr. Dollar’s knowledge of engineering to provide powerful representation for plaintiffs and defendants throughout California.

Aviation and the law
Both of our firm partners are licensed pilots and aviation enthusiasts. We accept cases throughout the state and use a company plane to meet with clients and handle casework more efficiently. We also apply our experience in aviation, engineering, and personal injury law to litigation involving airplane accidents .
